    The Commonwealth Bank provides good customer service in their branches. They are attentive and quick to respond when you enter their branches with a query. We have dealings with the CBA and have always found the staff at this branch extremely helpful. This newer location for the Riverwood branch is excellent. Difficult to find parking on the street but you'll find plenty of spaces in the Riverwood Plaza.

    The new CBA branch has 2 atm's. One that does cash deposits. One that does cash, cheques and coin deposits up to 2kg. Notes cannot be sticky, wet, bent or damaged. Deposits will appear instantly on balance. There is also an outside hours change machine which gives $20, $10, & $5 & rolled coin. All you need is any Cba card and the swapping cash - no pin required. There is a bulk coin machine for depositing large loose coin - however this is only available during opening hours and money will not go into account untill processed at end of day. Non Commonwealth Bank card holders can deposit cash, cheques and coin through atm to Commonwealth Bank accounts with format 06XXXX XXXX XXXX. Cba customers can also withdraw up to $500 from there statement account using a smartphone and free Wifi if required. Excellent o
